We recently bought our flat through fox and sons who were fantastic from start to finish. Jennifer explained each and every step to us and was completely transparent throughout the process, as we were first time buyers a lot of the process was new and unfamiliar and Jennifer took the time to explain each step and never proceeded with anything unless she was sure we had fully understood and were completely happy. After Jennifer had obtained the mortgage for us she continued to work hard on our behalf to get the sale through as quickly as possible, keeping us informed and liaising with the office staff to make sure the whole process was as smooth as possible.
