Nice place, staff were very attentive, couldn't have done any more for us. Would definitely make a return visit
We found this little restaurant on the off chance as we were in Bournemouth for the weekend. Can not fault it at all, the food was delicious (the best Turkish cuisine weve experienced) the customer service was amazing! Our two children loved it and the staff were great with them. My daughter was fascinated by the fish tank and wanted to name the fish, the waitress made a little name card with her chosen name for the fish which made my daughters night! The little things really make this restaurant special and the fact the waitress went the extra mile was lovely! Can not recommend enough! Just wish we lived closer to visit again!
Food was actually Not bad at all indeed really good but the service was rubbish. Location is OK and the ambience of the restaurant was sustainable. So really go and improve the service staff and teach them some basic common behaviours
Stunned at the service we got yesterday, we were in the area and decided to go to Saray as it was quite empty, we had two 2 year olds, a 6 year old all and 4 adults. Upon entering staff told us to leave our buggies outside which we agreed but wanted full visual of them as they were not cheap, staff member refused then had us sit on a table for six people and no baby chair when we moved to an table for 8, staff member promptly told us to move back with no explanation. We tried telling him that we wanted to see our buggies and table was not suitable which he refused so we just left and went to a much nicer restaurant down the road.
Great Turkish restaurant with generous portions and very friendly staff. I'm of Turkish background and can happily recommend this place. The dishes are authentic and well prepared. The ingredients are fresh. My drink of choice was only available ice-cold (I drink only room-temp) but the staff were happy to warm it up on the grill for me :)
