Bournemouth's Supervet! We have been using Natterjacks for 4 years and cannot fault them. No matter what vet or nurse you see, you get the same, excellent service. Natterjacks prices are really reasonable which means you don't think twice about taking your pet in when poorly. I used another local vet previously and had to pay over 3k trying to find out why one of my cats was poorly, I took him to Natterjacks for a second opinion and a 20 injection sorted him out! I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you!
This busy little vet practice is based in the old Lloyds Bank building at the bottom of Pokesdown Hill. Parking outside is limited, but you can usually find a space on one of the many side streets nearby. The staff are friendly and pleasant, we have been going here for about 5 years with our two Border Terriers and they have always been well cared for and seen quickly if they have needed any non routine treatment.
Fab vet I have been with them along time with bullmastiffs. The vets are wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. Would never change vets
Good vets and very reasonable prices but a shame we didn't see Andy there again. Are now offering the titre testing for vaccination immunity which allows owners to decide whether their animals need booster injections very very useful in prevention of over vaccination! Extremely reasonably priced at 35 which for me was well worth it as I have such a tiny dog and I don't want to pump him full of any unnecessary chemicals.
After several recommendations we took our rat Lily to Natterjacks to have a lump removed, they were incredibly helpful and filled us with confidence with their knowledge, especially as rats tend to be known as exotic vets.They fit her in for surgery within 4 days and the surgery went really smoothly with our girl recovering well since. They even gave us a courtesy call the next day to make sure she was alright. Would highly recommend to anyone, incredibly professional and friendly. Will be using them again!
