Disgusting. 0 star if I could. Called up about a neighbourhood cat who some idiot had thrown liquid on and the cat was in obvious pain. Not my cat but called for advice or to pay for a call out so someone could see if the stuff he is licking is toxic. The disgusting receptionist hung up on me TWICE! Clearly has no care for animals, working at a vet! Literally mid sentence hung up. I called back and she did the same. The date is 5th June and call was at 3:15. What a disgusting woman.
