Motorbike shelves need attention !!!! Not one motorbike helmet on shelves to buy and none in stock . Thats bad .
Bought some tools which ended up being the wrong tools, my bad. But, the guy was very helpful allowed me to return the wrong tools with a full refund, and got the right tools I needed.
Useless. They give you the wrong part, so you have the hassle of going back in, they take down your contact details wrong, you call a million times and no one answers the phone. They tell you the wrong price, no apologies, they don't seem to know anything about good customer service!
Have shopped at the Bournemouth branch where the staff were very helpful and friendly. I bought an item that proved to be too big for my boot and was able to exchange for a smaller version with ease. How nice to have friendly staff over the counter.
Have the halfords service plan, and a boardman halfords bike, took it in for a service and was told 3-5 days to get the necessary parts. 2 weeks and multiple phone calls later ive collected my bike and will take it to a proper bike shop. None of the parts have arrived, they havent chased it, no excuses, just really shoddy service. Dont seem to care about losing a customer. Didnt even fix my puncture, in 2 weeks. Awful.
