After searching for my first electric bike I called in and was very impressed with the range they had on display. Good advice and a spin round the local roads was ideal. Ive been looking for a while but never been impressed enough to buy. The gents in primera certainly gave me confidence to make the move, very knowledgeable people.
Once again great service from Primera, friendly welcoming for us every time we visit even if we are demanding at times. We would be lost without our bikes and since we discovered these guys they have kept us riding most days. I dont think all shops realise how important biking is to our lives, its a great part of our life which keeps us social. Keep up the great charity work for mental health and cancer care. Highly recommended
After Primera was recommended by a work friend I popped in last week to look at some clothing for a trip I have planned. I dont write reviews but felt I needed to after being looked after so well from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble and very friendly atmosphere, fantastic choice of clothing with as much advice as you could wish for.
I have had many good experiences with Primera in Poole and Bournemouth, the staff are really friendly and helpful as well as being full of knowledge.
