My favourite bike shop in Bournemouth area. -everyone very friendly and helpful. good prices-servicing and repairs are always spot on. would recommend.
Friendly, helpful staff. Bought a bike off them last year and they did a great deal with some added extras. Also, within a week of the purchase one of the tyres burst. They replaced it with no hassle.
Totally incompetent. Went in with a slow puncture. 2 visits later I've still got a slow puncture. Most bikes overpriced. Never again.
