I have been using Primera Sports for well over 15 years and have had dealings with Alex, then Lewis and now Joe ... I have probably left a review in the past as well. The service has always been top notch!However, I must add a new review as Joe has painstakingly sorted an ongoing issue I have had with both a component and frame supplier. It has been a nightmare from suppliers changing UK distributors to sending faulty goods! I genuinely believe the average person would have given up but not Joe! He has managed to achieve the desired solution and I am now one extremely happy customer. I collected my new steed on Saturday and it is awesome! A new lease of life for my winter training ready to use said steed in the Summer. I should also thank Paul & Steve for the bike fitting and building! Steve has lovingly created a magnificent machine!Thanks again to all at Primera!
First visit and blown away by the depth of stock. Very nice staff who were really happy to spend time with you explaining the different bikes. We left very impressed with the stock and service.
Fantastic choice with very knowledgable staff. My friends and myself have shopped here for a while, very polite staff who also ride bikes. I am really pleased to have Primera on hand to keep me cycling. I would recommended them to new cyclists or old hands as they have it all. For me it's the friendly atmosphere and willingness to help you. I needed new kit as I'm off to Wales next week and they talked me through what I needed. One happy girl.
Primera made my weekend, i entered the Bournemouth store on Saturday with zero knowledge on electric bikes, I just knew I wanted one. Mark was great and talked me through all of the options with the different systems etc and really helped me make my mind up. Took a bike away on the day and have spend a good few hours riding today, everything that was promised of the bike has happened and its a joy to ride, thank you for all of your help and putting up with my endless questions. Fantastic service !
I wanted to look at a new E-Bike, friends recommended Primera saying they carry a great range, well impressed with so many bikes to look at and super knowledgeable staff. What swung it for me was the fact the salesman rode an E-Bike himself and could answer every question I had. Highly recommend them, but could seriously damage your wallet
