I would put a 0 if I could! I will never take any of my animals there again. Very upset with the treatment we had! My dog was very ill and was happy to pay for her treatment, but I think the vet saw this and did so many tests just to make money!! Ive rang the customer service care line to make a complaint to be told they will look into it and get back to me!!! Well its been a week with no follow up call! Need I say more!
The vet was lovely. Long waiting time 2hrs when we only saw 2 other people there the whole time. We werent given any updates. Receptionist didnt make eye contact and took no notice of us or our pet. Only spoke to us when payment was required, which was expensive for minor investigative treatment. That said we were glad they were open and able to see our pet.
We had a very poorly puppy from a breeder who lied to us. Our poor little Hercules has parvovirus... we had him less then 12 hours. the vet we saw was really quick and very helpful. He was so understanding and was clearly very passionate. A horrible experienced all round but was definitely handled with care and consideration, cant thank you enough for your help.
I needed to access emergency health care on a number of occasions over the weekend with regards to my cat. They were incredibly professional but caring at the same time and really did all that they could to reassure me in an unknown situation. They really went out of their way to help and I really recommend them. Thanks to Jo especially who answered my 1000 questions with great care and reassurance over several calls.
I'd like to thank all the staff for looking after Monty. My very loved 19 year old Jack Russell. His final 24 hours we're spent in their care, before his passing, after a very short illness. Monty and our family we're treated with respect and dignity throughout this very difficult time. The staff we're wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sarah.
