I would highly recommend Cars To Go....Having trolled the internet for several weeks I questioned myself why I was even looking at an Aberdeen dealers advert. I narrowed my search down to 25 miles, three vehicles came up. I met Michael at cars to go (being the closest) had a good chat about the 640 they had, my trade in and funding options. I viewed but discarded the other dealers cars then decided to call Cars To GO for a test drive. Both Michael and Neil were great, the paperwork was sorted out very quick, I was driving away the same day. They both made me feel very comfortable, it was a pleasant buying experience. It's almost 3 Months since my purchase the cars not missed a beat and has had absolutely no problems. IMO they are worth a call.
I've been dealing with Neil from "Cars to Go - Charminster" for a few months now and I have to say the service is exceptional. Always friendly and around for any queries or for advice, even lending me a booster for my car when having problems. (car not even from his dealership) pleasure to work with and looking forward to the next occasion.A standing out point would definitely be the range of vehicles they have, everything from daily run-abouts all the way up to premium brands and classics. I'd definitely recommend Neil and his dealership for getting yourself a new car, or even just a look around as you'll not expect what you'll find on the day.Was looking into a Porsche Panamera for my father and he was very quick to suggest things and was very helpful. All in all a very helpful dealership with an unrivaled selection of great vehicles!
Buy rubbish at the auctions and don't do anything other than bang them straight out. Traditional crooked dealer. Watch out for the old tricks like the phone ringing about a car you are interested in when trying to negotiate a deal.
Not impressed. Brought this car and it turned up disgusting inside the car. There was a sound coming from the front of the car and I was told it would be sorted before I got the car and It been very cheaply "fixed" and was back to making the noise after a couple of days. The car was also 3 days late on being delivered. UPDATE: After putting up my last review I then got a rude text from who sold me the car asking about what I'd put. Instead of trying to work somthing out he just came across quite threatening. Completely inappropriate. I would recommend you stay clear from getting a car from here.
Bought a car from Cars To Go a couple of months ago. Staff helpful and friendly. Car fantastic - no problems and clean. Not much history documentation but running great and no issues to date. Would recommend.
