We have owned a Qashqai for three years. We bought it new from Westover Nissan. We took out a maintenance contract on the car and were assured at the time that when the car was due for it's annual service they would be pleased to collect and return the car to us. This year however we were told that it would now cost 30 extra to collect and return the car at service time. Not happy.
