Terrible serves coned all the way. Bad paint. Bad battery bad build. Engine stop start does not work. Total rubbish car. My god do not buy from them. Im takin them to court to get the money. Back from these con artist,. get every thing in writing .as they con you after. stay away from these crooks
If Arthur Daley was running a main dealer, then it would be this one! Be careful when purchasing a used approved from them. They couldn't even get the mileage right on the sales invoice and boot polish to infil kerb damaged tyres isn't really to be expected from a very large main dealer. I kid you not on the boot polish. Keep getting reminders to service my vehicle with them and despite several requests to remove me I'm still on their mailing list. Dodgy car dealers and estate agents - my worst nightmare and this place is full of the former! Avoid.

Didn't get to first base in my attempt to buy a new car. Started via online chat but after 25 minutes matters could not be progressed because they were "too busy." Undeterred I tried the phone and got through to the sales department. There wasn't much interest. No diesels to be bought (not their fault, of course) and no examples of the petrol version I was interested in. I got the clear impression they weren't interested in my custom. Fortunately there is another Skoda dealer within reasonable distance.
