Went here with Mrs C to buy her new car. Great service from the start. Mrs C loved the car she found online at Norman Motors, but we live a long way from there. A very long way. Still, she wanted to see the car so she called the garage and they agreed to hold the car for her for a week until we could get there to have a look.We took the car out for a spin and she still loved it, so we decided to buy it. The whole process was very easy and well managed by the salesman. He was very personable and didn't give off that all too familiar whiff of a cheap-suited, pushy salesman at all.He gave Mrs C a nice little bouquet once the deal was done. I thought he was going to whisk her away but, unfortunately, he sent her home with me and the new car.The only reason I haven't selected five stars is because the interior of the car could have done with a good clean. It had been wiped over, but it was far from clean. The people next to us at the showroom had observed similar with their new motor, so I gather the chap that does the valeting is going to get a bit of an ear bashing.Don't let that put you off. All round, seems like a great place to buy a second hand car.
Helpfull, friendly relaxed atmosphere, no pressure selling. This is how second hand dealerships should be....recommended
My experience was poor. Car suffered 2 engine faults within 1k miles and a leak. Leak was not properly fixed when returned. Eventually car was returned but still awaiting the tax situation to be resolved as V5 not properly completed. Sales stuff not pushed and promised a lot but the MD was the only person franchised to resolve issues.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of cars. Wonderful service, and they even bought my girlfriend flowers as a thank for me buying a car from them. Highly recommend. A++
